Rick Dieffenbach, President of Allure Interactive Web, LLC
Rick was co-owner of a leading web and print design firm known as Allure Creative, Inc from 2000-2007. As technical director for web development, he was the engine that drove web design at Allure Creative. Rick holds degrees in engineering and management and has more than 20 years of experience in programming and 12 in web development. He retired from a career in the U.S. Navy in 1998. He is a programmer and has studied web usage and optimizing extensively.

Suze Fisher, Lead Visual Designer
Suze Fisher is an award-winning web designer who has been working with Rick since 1998. "Suze's extraordinary talent is finding pleasing color palettes and new ways to combine textures, photographs, and shapes to produce visually stunning websites," says Allure President Rick Dieffenbach. She loves exploring her subjects in-depth, often researching color theory and color trends in the marketplace before starting design.
Suze is also passionate about canine and human nutrition. She has her own e-commerce website - www.wolfrivernaturals.com - featuring quality additive-free supplements and chemical-free body care, as well as grassfed meats. She also does volunteer work as co-leader of the Mid Coast Maine chapter of the Weston A. Price Foundation, a non-profit group dedicated to natural food, farming, and healing.
Jen Ghisolfi, Logo and Print Designer
Jen Ghisolfi is a talented, award winning print designer with an eye for capturing the essense of a company in a logo, brochure and other print material. She worked side-by-side with Rick in his prior company Allure Creative, Inc for three years. Now a freelancer, she works with AllureIW on a project basis when an exceptional logo is needed.
Jen is a graduate of the Virginia Polytechnic Institute with degrees in graphic design and psychology. AllureIW recommends Jen - you can hire her direct for print work of all types.
Maggie Ricker, Copy Proofer and Content Management
Maggie Ricker is freelance skilled website administrator with extensive executive assistant experience. She holds an AA degree in social sciences and is currently pursuing a Bachelor in Science in Computer Information Systems. She has a diverse background working as an advocate and organizer for Maine women, children, people challenged with mental illness and survivors of sexual assault. Maggie worked for Maine Commission for Women, Catholic Charities Maine, and Maine Children's Alliance. She was the original board president of the Augusta Rape Crisis and Support Center. Most recently Maggie worked in the corporate world as an executive assistant for GTE in Seattle and Capital One in Richmond, VA.
Maggie is hired on a project basis to proof websites and add content.
