Goals: This website was designed to attract visitors in search of waterfront properties and vacation homes, while being open-ended enough for anyone shopping for real estate in Maine. The site uses a MREIS (Multiple Listing System) data-feed and is built from the ground up to be search engine friendly.
Features: Unique features abound on this site. The Maine Coast Explorer gives visitors a shortcut to viewing properties that match their criteria. The My Maine Listings feature allows visitors to input their criteria and view all matching properties; the page remains dynamic, self-updating as new properties come on the market, encouraging repeat visits. A Leads Management feature plots Google searches by geographical location in real time, giving the client valuable information.
